ABOUT US
ABOUT US
Our Approach
Making any kind of decision about counselling and therapy is deeply personal. There’s no such thing as one-size-fits-all. Each and every person will have different needs and preferences - and those needs and preferences are likely to shift over time. To help in making a decision that’s right for you, here’s a little more about us and our approach to therapy...
Hopeful
Somewhere in and amongst the pain, suffering, conflict and chaos, hope still exists. We know it, bring it, hold it, grow it, and help you find it if it’s been lost.
Steady yet Flexible
We show up in a way that is grounded and consistent whilst also adapting to your evolving needs.
Collaborative
Therapy isn’t something that is done to you, it’s done with you. We acknowledge that unequal power dynamics exist in therapy and see genuine collaboration between client and therapist as an essential part of reducing these imbalances and creating meaningful change.
